Running Business is a Full Heart Commitment

When I started my own business at least to keep this commitment to do the business by my self is not easy, especially you have background working with other companies with a good salary, and never face a big money risk investment. Ideas maybe can come in many ways, but… the commitment to be strong to handle the risk is big burden in my self. I also learn how to have a big heart to realize that I have to wait for the big result until you tired to wait.

As a new comer in business, I just want to share to others who maybe have a thought to do some business, and running your own business. I know there many considerations in your mind, you maybe already do the survey for the new business, but business is not mathematic logic system when you started, although you have knowledge or smart people, business is also an art of live spirit and training your brain become faster in do decision in your live. Hope some tips below can make us develop ourselves more meaningful:

1. If you want to start, but don’t know what kind you have to do… try to think something you like to do (such as your hobbies, talent, or your interest). Sometimes interest, hobbies increase your self confidence if you want to earn your own money.

2. If you still can’t face the risk, maybe you can start to try hard managed your time. I mean, you don’t have to leave your main job (the fix incomes you’re already have) but you have to spend extra time to do your own dream. Every people who want to be success are doing this, spend extra time to work, until you ready to choose, ready to leave the one which don’t fix to you. If you really can’t do the business, you don’t loss anything at least, and maybe you are more challenged than before, so you addicted to try again.

3. Try to prepare for the time that you will get nothing from your effort. So doing business also teaches you how to manage your cost, saving your money to anticipate the worst time when the sales are none.

4. Making short term target, medium term target, long term target.

5. Before you start, at least you are already had customers as your capital. I do this strategy so in the first period I have no big extra problems (although I still have the problem) to support the cash flow. So the capital is not only the money, if you already have the bright customer for you to start it will be more helpful for you. How to get customers as your capital??? Before you start, you really to get them first (your friends, your family, your college, all of them can be your base customer), convince them that you are starting your own business and they will become your customers.

6. If you have problem, don’t solve it by yourself. Try to find help for ideas. Many problems that we have to get, from money, marketing until your own spirit.

7. Make a split account for your own business which can’t be disturb with your own private cost. This is important, until now I still learn how to do this wisely.

8. Business also a systems, means you can’t do your job without systems, people just can’t do everything alone until he/she is old. Try to learn how to make a good system for your own business, although you only have one assistant, you must make a system which make you easier to control your job. Sometimes business can’t be bigger because no system which strong enough to be build. But although with a small company, business can be big if have a good systems.

9. Manage your attitude also important for doing business. Although you are the boss for yourself, you are not the boss among others, in fact you have to dealing with many peoples, so in business sometimes we learn how to be strict, and sometimes we also learn how to tolerate with people in the same time.

10. Making business inside your business. Meaning don’t just think that we only can do one business in the same time. If you have the chance to do others, to learn others, just do it! Let money/the chance also works for us… Many things we can do when we running our business, and can be our extra passive income to be the foundation for your futures development, such as do investment business (your money looking for extra money by doing some investment programs), buying assets and rent them, related your website with some pay banner advertisement, payable auto surfing (especially if you online all the time in your business) and still many think that you do to expand the profit.

11. The last but not the least, try to make a friendship with people, this is starting your network. Business nowadays means networking… Networking needs time, this is a long term target investment as your customer candidate, but without starting it now, you can’t get anything in the future.

I hope this is useful for you, and trust me, I also still learn how to practice with my own tips, but… at least now I can admit, that I now become more feasible and enjoy learning what I’ve do for the living.
